Florence without filters — rustic starters, traditional pasta, and the legendary Florentine steak. Hard to book for locals, but we always manage to get a table.

A family-run estate in the land of Leonardo da Vinci — guided vineyard walk, cellar visit, and tasting of estate wines with local olive oil and Tuscan products.
Truffle Hunting in the Tuscan Woods
Follow an expert tartufaio and his dog through the woods. Muddy shoes are part of the experience. Ends with a tasting of fresh truffle dishes and local wine.
Hot Air Balloon over Chianti
Float over the Chianti hills at sunrise. After landing, a traditional Tuscan breakfast with Prosecco, pecorino and olive oil.
